1. Acceptance of Terms & Applicability

KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. For verified accounts, funds are typically transferred within a few hours, though in some cases banking delays may extend this to up to 24 hours. a333 may request additional verification to ensure the security of user funds.

If a deposit is made in error, contact the support team immediately. Should a technical error result in an incorrect amount being credited, a333 reserves the right to adjust the difference. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, the account may be suspended pending investigation.
5. Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms
Bonuses and promotional offers at a333 come with specific terms that are clearly stated in each offer's details. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Until those requirements are fulfilled, bonus funds are kept separate from real funds.
Each bonus offer has a set expiry date; any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires. The welcome bonus is available to newly registered users one time only. If an individual attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended.

6. Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability
A333 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances: breach of Terms & Conditions, suspicion of fraud, suspicion of money laundering, or any other unlawful activity. If an account is closed, a333 will endeavour to return any verified withdrawable funds within 30 business days; however, a333 reserves the right to withhold funds during an ongoing investigation.

A333 shall not be liable beyond the maximum limit for any losses arising from technical errors, server downtime, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures.
